In order to become an organization suitable for this, our company strives to protect the personal information that we handle. Recognizing our social responsibility, we shall protect the rights and interests of individuals and respect all laws and regulations regarding personal information.
Additionally, in order to realize the policies shown below, we have created a personal information protection management system. We state here our intention to continually improve this system as a company-wide effort, while constantly recognizing the latest movements in IT technology, trends in logistical risks, changes in social demands, and fluctuations in the business environment.

a) When collecting personal information, JobTessio, Inc. will clearly state the purpose of acquiring such information. This personal information will be acquired, used, and provided in an appropriate manner. Personal information will not be used beyond the scope of its intended use and appropriate measures will be put in place to ensure this.

b) JobTessio, Inc. complies with laws and regulations regarding the handling of personal information.

c) In order to prevent unauthorized access, leaks, loss, or damage of personal information, JobTessio, Inc. will take reasonable safety measures and make continuous improvements on the personal information security system using managerial resources consistent with business conditions. Corrective action will be taken if there are inappropriate matters. Furthermore, internal regulations, etc. will ensure that personal information is protected to the utmost.

d) Complaints or inquiries regarding the use of personal information will be handled swiftly and diligently in accordance with internal guidelines.

e) Our personal information protection management system will be reviewed in an appropriate and timely manner and continually improved based on changes in our business environment.

Handling of personal information

JobTessio, Inc. publicly states the following in compliance with requirements and of JIS Q 15001:2006

  • For provision of HR introduction services and employment opportunity information, etc.
  • For contacting the individual.

3. Procedures and contact for disclosure, etc. of personal information

Upon your request, JobTessio, Inc. will disclose your personal information promptly, after confirming your identity or that of your designated proxy.

We will accept your request for: notification regarding purpose of use and disclosure of personal information, amendment/addition/deletion of person information details if incorrect, discontinuation of use, removal, or discontinuation of provision to third parties (hereinafter collectively called “disclosure, etc.”). However, this does not apply if such disclosure, etc. is deemed damaging to your own or others’ life, physical being, assets and other benefits, or if it will cause significant damage to our company’s business. If stipulated by law, appropriate action will be taken based on those laws.
